For Rising 9th Graders - Summer 2025

Transitioning to high school is a big step—and we’re here to make sure our incoming 9th graders feel ready, confident, and supported. The High School Ready Bridge Program helps students build the social and emotional skills they need to thrive in their first year.
Through interactive classes and activities, students will:
Strengthen self-awareness to better understand their strengths and challenges
Learn stress management strategies to handle new responsibilities
Practice relationship-building skills to form positive connections
Set personal and academic goals for success in high school
Gain confidence in navigating high school life with resilience and focus
This program creates a welcoming space where students grow, connect, and prepare for a successful start to 9th grade.
Self-Awareness & Stress Management for Business Success

Running a business takes vision, focus, and resilience. This interactive seminar is designed for entrepreneurs and business leaders who want to strengthen their leadership by mastering two essential skills: self-awareness and stress management.
In this session, participants will:
Explore how self-awareness impacts decision-making, communication, and leadership style
Identify emotional triggers and learn strategies to stay centered under pressure
Practice proven stress-management techniques that improve productivity and well-being
Gain tools to build resilience and lead with clarity in today’s fast-paced business world

Exploratory Class: Entrepreneurship, SEL & Presentation Skills
For 5th & 6th Graders – Second Semester 2025

This Exploratory Class gives students the chance to develop real-world skills that blend creativity, confidence, and emotional intelligence. Through a mix of entrepreneurship projects, social-emotional learning (SEL) activities, and presentation practice, students will strengthen both their academic and personal growth.
Students will:
Discover their strengths and build self-awareness
Learn goal-setting and self-management strategies
Practice teamwork, empathy, and relationship skills
Explore the basics of entrepreneurship by creating business ideas
Gain confidence in public speaking and presentations
This hands-on class empowers students to think like innovators, communicate like leaders, and grow as responsible members of their community.

This Exploratory Class helps students strengthen the skills they’ll need for success in high school and beyond. By combining entrepreneurship, social-emotional learning (SEL), and presentation skills, students will learn how to turn ideas into action, build confidence, and work effectively with others.
Students will:
Deepen self-awareness and explore their personal values
Practice stress management and strong decision-making
Build teamwork and leadership skills through group projects
Learn the essentials of entrepreneurship by developing and refining business ideas
Sharpen their presentation skills to confidently share their work with peers and the school community
This interactive class challenges students to think critically, collaborate, and present with confidence—equipping them with tools for both academic and personal growth.

Lift Up Labs teamed up with Talent Ready and Active Plus to host engaging Back to School Labs focused on Goal Setting and Social Media Awareness for middle and high school students. The event was packed with excitement, featuring fun activities, prizes, and a delicious catered lunch by Chef Delvon Glover. Every student received a backpack filled with essentials to kick off the school year!
High School Ready - Summer 2024
Lift Up Lab Inc offered High School Ready Labs for 8th graders transitioning to 9th grade. These labs were designed to equip students with essential skills for their first year of high school.
Topics included:
1. Empathy
2. Social Media Awareness
3. Goal Setting
4. Building Healthy Relationships
5. Stress and Emotional Regulation
6. Decision Making.
Our interactive sessions aim to empower students with the tools they need for a successful and smooth transition to high school. Bullying Prevention: Gained valuable strategies to stand up against bullying and promote a culture of kindness and respect.
Blessed Conference 2024 For Youth
Lift Up Lab Inc. participated in Maryland at an empowering youth event that equipped young individuals with essential tools for personal growth and well-being. This inspiring day focused on three key areas:
Bullying Prevention: Gained valuable strategies to stand up against bullying and promote a culture of kindness and respect.
Financial Literacy: Learned the basics of money management, budgeting, and smart financial decision-making to build a strong foundation for the future.
Health and Fitness: Discovered practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle through balanced nutrition and physical activity.
This event was dedicated to empowering youth with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. It was truly and honor for Lift Up Lab Inc to share and participate.
