Margaret J. Gibson, CCP is a Senior Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of experience driving organizational development, talent strategy, and equitable workplace cultures across top-tier academic and medical institutions.

She recently retired as Senior Director of Human Resources at New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering. At NYU, she also served as Assistant Dean of HR for the School of Global Public Health and Director of HR & Faculty Services, where she chaired global diversity training initiatives and served on key executive planning committees.

Throughout her distinguished career at NYU and Columbia University Medical Center, Margaret specialized in organizational design, diversity and inclusion, and executive alignment.

Her background in public service and academia includes teaching graduate-level HR management courses for public and non-profit leaders at NYU Wagner. She brings a deep commitment to governance, talent advocacy, and supporting community-centered missions that enhance youth and family welfare.

Margaret holds an MBA from Fordham University, a BS in Industrial Engineering Technology, and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
